Here’s What You Get on the PRO PLAN:

  1. We will publish your monthly article(s) to your website’s BLOG at or around the 1st of the month.
  2. We will then layout out your articles(s) in your EMAIL newsletter (Constant Contact or MailChimp). Your email newsletter will be left in draft status for you to edit as needed, and then schedule to send out.
  3. Lastly, we will schedule (4) social posts to show up each week (usually Tuesdays) all linking back to your blog.

We will walk you through the simple, onetime set up process for all of your platforms once you are subscribed.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you add the PRO PLAN, the team at The QBC (Ghost Partner) will require access to your social media accounts, email marketing platform and your website (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Weebly, Homestead, etc.).
SOCIAL MEDIA:

We’re going to add whichever social media outlets you use (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to our social media marketing platform. We’ll need from you:

  • LinkedIn & Facebook – Add us as an ADMINISTRATOR on your account
  • Twitter – Username and password 
EMAIL

+ Constant Contact – Inside YOUR Constant Contact (CTCT) account, we will create a custom-designed, HTML template for your email newsletter. With your approval of this template, our team will add your monthly content to your branded template and send you a test. You’ll have the option of sending the email yourself, or having us schedule it to send to your client list. To perform the above steps, we will need to add you to our “Managed List” with Constant Contact. We will walk you through this simple 3 step process at the appropriate time.

+ MailChimp – same as above, we will create a custom-design, HTML email template in your MailChimp account. The simplest way to do this in MailChimp would be to have you add us as a user on your account

WEBSITE/BLOG

Using whatever website platform you have, simply adding us as a user will be enough. When adding “hello@theqbc.com”, you would add us as an “editor” or the equivalent level of access. We will email you once we have set up your blog each month.
